Faculty for Asian Religious Formation Institute Earnest facilitates the courses on The Process of Value Development, Relationship Enhancement and Basic Counseling. Resource Person/Faculty for Asian Social Institute He facilitates modules for the Annual Community Development Course. . Resource Person for East Asian Pastoral Institute He conducts various modules in their regular courses. He previously did part-time counseling for their participants. He occasionally assists in the Pastoral Psychology course for students pursuing the Masteral Degree Program. |

He was tapped to demonstrate the valuing process approach to conflict management in the 1998 Malaysia conference. Later, he was invited as an expert in Indonesia to help formulate the sourcebook for tertiary level, Learning to Live Together in Peace and Harmony. Then, he assisted as editor/writer on Valuing Processes of other sourcebooks, Learning to Be, Learning To Do, Learning To Know. He also trains teachers in its holistic and integrated approach. |
UNESCO Philippines invited Earnest to train selected teachers of the 3 regions of the Philippines--Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao--to test the first APNIEVE sourcebook He was also one of the facilitators in the APNIEVE Training of Trainers for the second sourcebook held in Adelaide, Australia, October 2002. Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association (PGCA) CEAP - College Guidance Committee Earnest was a member of both PGCA and CEAP. He was tapped to facilitate workshop-seminars for these members during annual or mid-year conventions on several occasions. Christian Life Community of the Philippines (CLCP) He was a member to CLCP in college and a few years after. Earnest served as Formation Coordinator and President. He was also elected as Youth Representative at the National Level. |
