Earnest is a Resource Person for UP-PGH

He teaches the annual Medical Education Unit (MEU) Course on Integrating Values in Medical Education.

Faculty for Miriam Graduate School

Earnest facilitates the summer and semestral break course on The Process of Value Development.  He also previously taught courses in Counseling., Facilitation of the Dynamics of Value Development, and Empowering Skills in its new curriculum.

Resource Person/Faculty for Asian Social Institute

He teaches the Pastoral Psychology course every second semester of its school year.

Resource Person for East Asian Pastoral Institute

He teaches Human Intimacy, Sexuality, Effective Communication Skills and Values and Leadership in its annual Leadership course.  He previously did part-time counseling for the participants of the said courses and taught in the Pastoral Renewal and Ministers of the Word courses.  He occasionally assists in the Pastoral Psychology course for students pursuing the Masteral Degree Program.

Asia Pacific Network for International Education and Values Education (APNIEVE)

He was tapped to demonstrate the valuing process approach to conflict management in the 1998 Malaysia conference. Later, he was invited as an expert in Indonesia to help formulate the sourcebook for tertiary level, Learning to Live Together in Peace and Harmony.  Then, he assisted as editor/writer on Valuing Process in the 2nd sourcebook, Learning to Be.  He also trains teachers in its holistic and integrated approach.  Currently, he is working on the 3rd sourcebook, Learning to Do.

UNESCO Philippines invited Earnest to train selected teachers of the 3 regions of the Philippines--Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao--to test the first APNIEVE sourcebook

He was also one of the facilitators in the APNIEVE Training of Trainers for the second sourcebook held in Adelaide, Australia, October 2002.

Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association (PGCA)  

CEAP - College Guidance Committee

Earnest was a member of both PGCA and CEAP.  He was tapped to facilitate workshop-seminars for these members during annual or mid-year conventions on several occasions.

Christian Life Community of the Philippines (CLCP)

He was a member to CLCP in college and a few years after. Earnest served as Formation Coordinator and President.  He was also elected as Youth Representative at the National Level.
